Ughh same bs all the time bad service lady didn’t want to cash in my check gave identification was still denied! I’ve gone to other banks in other cities but never have this problem! She asked if I have in a account with them I said yes if not I wouldn’t be here cashing my check been with them over 15 years

Came thru the drive through, waited over 20 minutes. Car in front kept sending container back. Need more personnel to speed up service.
