Tacos are good here. Lady making them is great. Only one person working cashier and this guy was good. It’s just that the manager was outside talking to a truck driver at the fuel island. And the other dude was lost running around the store. While the line was a good 12 people long.
Line to order food and pick it was was super fast.

Seems like Nancy needs training on how to work the register . Yesterday I was charged the wrong pump and she told me that my money would go back into my card and to go back today to speak with the manager . Spoke to the manager and she told me I had to speak with my bank & she would go ahead and talk to nancy to see what happened ??? There's literally cameras.
Why would i talk to my bank? As if it's my banks fault Nancy doesn't have the correct training . I dont care if its 2 dollars that I'm missing. MONEY IS MONEY ,

Want to take time and say that the cashier Nancy was totally a problem . My trucking company pumps diesel here everyday. She messed up in the system in which we pointed out to her . Our company card was charged 3 times in which she stated “I don’t know what I did & dont care. If you want to talk to someone please come back tomorrow and talk to manager” . Extremely rude and unprofessional.

I just wished they would actually cleaned their gas pumps. I won’t stop here even when I really need gas. Management should care a little more about keeping the store clean. If this is how they keep their pumps I can only imagine their kitchen.

I asked for a breakfast plate and they put the tortillas inside the plate. They were filled with beans and the egg sauce. I asked the young man to put it separately in aluminum foil and he got angry. Finally he put them for me, but full of food, it's not pleasant at least. For me, eating with tortillas full of food stains makes me feel somewhat unpleasant and then I spoke and the manager told me that this is how they do it and that for her it is normal to eat with tortillas stained with food, which is not like that for her and well I told her Stop. Normal people I think if we like to eat with clean and pleasant food it doesn't look unpleasant well I will report it so that an inspector comes and says well Mandela nothing is wrong... bruh and she was the "manager"
What do you expect from the staff...definitely terrible customer service. The good thing is that there are a lot of options to go to another stripes where they serve better customers.

I was there to get a breakfast taco early in the morning. The lady serving asked for help from the back staff and the cook yelled at her horribly. No respect shown towards coworker. All customers were hearing him be rude and disrespectful.

Please consider firing Paloma . She needs a break. She is worse than a robot. No feelings no interaction and no human movements. Rude and cold. Got to find a better workers strips. Just incase you want your business to grow and strive. Advice. No me gusta.

Managers are there to help the people, lost 40 bucks in a situation adjacent to attempting to ask for assistance from whet seemed like the head managerAfraid of how gentle he's actually able to br with his customer service.In all not a good experience.

Don’t get tacos at this locations. Lady in the morning gives you an attitude. DONT DO A JOB YOU DONT LIKE. There’s no need having to deal with an attitude at such an early time
