Lazy employee, Lourdes never scans your mail even if it'sgiven on time. You'll lose mail in this location, no one cares. Everything ends up scanned in Brownsville or McAllen. Dead mail common here. Management wants everything so easy for them. Poor communication skills. That place needs to remodeled andmanagement, employees need to switches around. This place doesn't care about your mail.

Regardless that there's a process, they Give You an attitude like they run the Bish!You can drop off your mail inside or outside and all 3 mail boxes OVERFLOW!That You can reach in and get someone's else's mail.?. You can see the integrity and the ambition, motivation they have in working here.. either they need a New Supervisor or Manager or simply a new staff or hire people...And whoever of the upper management works in this facility and reading this Please do something about than ignoringRating comments

Send packages to this location. Items never get scanned. We've had a lot of late shipments not to mention lost packages. This location doesn't scan packages.
