Brazos has had great service for us the last almost 3 years we have been working with them. Mark came out today to help us locate a line. There were some things that have changed on the property since the Internet went in. Other places would have just walked away and said they couldn’t locate that portion (and they have on other places I have lived). Mark was determined to help us find the line we needed, and was successful! Thank you Mark and Brazos for going above and beyond to get the job done.

I called over a simple request and was transferred over to a lady named Janelle, I was treated absolutely terrible. I come from a customer service background and I have never experienced such disrespect in a matter of no more than a minute. She is very unprofessional, rude, and has terrible communication skills. I was cut off mid-way through every single sentence I attempted to speak, and was treated as if I was a child. Brazos may have good services but this has left a bad representation of the company and left a bad taste in my mouth.

The team here is amazing and they go above and beyond for customer service! They rarely have service interruptions, and if they do, they are super fast at fixing them! I am Deaf and the technician was so very helpful and texted me everything so that I could understand him. I highly recommend Brazos, and thank you so much for Colby!

My service has been down for two days. I understand it's a problem with the update they did and a lot of people are out in this area. They have said each time I called that they will be out to fix it. Now I'm going to have to wait till Monday before they get anything done. This is ridiculous and should not have happened.

Wow!!! Just called to try and get info about if they provide service for my area. Didn't really seem like they were very interested in being a provider. Not impressed with them at all. Guess I'll look for another company instead of using them.
