Still no safe way to tarp a load here, I see, and while they will happily place your tarp on top of the load, you will have to navigate the voids in the load to open it out. With a hazard of this type, one might expect a sense of safety for all personnel, like the average lumber yard, but you will not find that here.

Excellent staff and it does look like overnight parking plus their is a feul station on 114 and hwy 79 that seem to have gravel parking for big trucks

It's not Tower's fault that it's 100 degrees and you have to tarp. This is what a typical load of extrusions from Tower looks like before tarping. The shipping people are super nice and you can work at your own pace. If the temps were lower I would give 5 stars.

I was here for delivering solid aluminum they have 3 different gates a,b,c they told me to go to gate c scale in for check in and outhave a bathroom at the side of the check in buildingFast loading just watch out for aluminum pieces everywhere might get your tires

It was a pleasure delivering here.Gate 3 is for the aluminum ingots I was bringing. Pulled on the scale, they got my weight and sent me to the unloading dock. After I was unloaded, I scaled out and was on my way.

I hope my company never sends me here to pick up again drivers with the same time pickup as me get there loud 2 hours earlier here I am 4 hours past my pick up still waiting for them to finish my loud and now everyone is going to lunch

Fill yourselves with patience when you come to unload at this place, 8 AM and they still haven't unloaded anyone since 7 AM that this starts working, Anyway my people, it's not worth coming from the night before to sleep here because you're going to lose your time!!!!

Son got sick and couldn't breathe. He called me wanting me to pick him up. 1:30 round trip. I told him to tell those supervisors to call an ambulance. Called back and asked him to put a super on the line (all the while my so is hacking and coughing). I heard the supervisor in the background asking "What is it?" When my son told him that his mom wanted to speak with them I could then hear the supervisor asking if my son needed to go to the ER. Still have not spoken with the supervisor. Oh I did ask about an on grounds nurse. That office does not open until 8. Really?

I have been self employed for over 25 years and I can honestly say my experience with this company is the worse I have ever had with a supplier. They are extremely unprofessional and unreliable. Do not waste your time or money with these guys or you will end up with a $5000 custom extrusion tool that is worthless.
