What place will not let you take in a refill cup to get refilled and charge full price for it that's dum and the lady that worked there was rude and will not be back again

Always..... Always..... have to go inside for the gas receipt. What's the point in having printer at the pump?!?! I walked in for the gas Receipt waited 15 minutes while the cashiers counted her till. And Still didn't get a receipt!!!
