“I went to O'Reillys to get three new windshield wipers for my Equinox. One of the employees broke my rear wiper arm while trying to the new blade on. The staff was very apologetic and ordered a new arm. When I came back, they had ordered the wrong arm. Aaron Weise promised to make it right and did. He not only ordered the correct arm, he met me at the store to put it on when it came in... and did that while he was on vacation, no less. THAT's customer service! Thank you, Aaron.”
