“I had a power steering issue on my Honda. Pump was replaced before taking here. Tried another pump and did not fix the issue. With over 260k miles I told Guy go ahead and replace the rack and put new outer tie rods on. Still did not fix the whining noise. Put another pump on and it lasted for close to a week. Had car towed back in and Guy at his cost added another pump with a new pulley and a special bolt from Honda. He personally drove to Honda a picked up these parts. He stood behind his work and did not charge another penny. Any mechanic knows how hard at times these Hondas can be because the pump sits higher than the reservoir. The slightest little leak allows air in and they whine and damage the pump. 5 stars from me. ? ? ? ? ?”
