Brian and Cindy are the best! Ive been using them for over 16 years and wont use anyone else. I have oily nail beds so nails don’t stay on me very well and I have zero issues with them staying on when Brian does my nails. They listen to you and will do what you ask. Highly suggest them.

I've been all over this town trying to get my nails done, and this place is the best by far. My nails had been done for 3-4 days when I took those photos. Staff is very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. They are up front about costs and their capabilities for designs. The salon is cozy and clean.
I am very rough on my nails when cooking and doing homestead work, to where it's normal for me to cause a couple breaks but I had my first oohlala set for a solid month with zero breaks.

I was so impressed with my full set. I had my nails done at another salon where they filed my real nail paper thin. The nail tech at oh la la la nails to extra time and was so gentle while removing the terrible set I had on. The knowledge that she had was obvious, very talented and thorough. Also they were very clean in comparison to other salons I have visited. I would recommend them if you are looking for quality and professionalism. My new set is super cute thanks oh la la nails!!!! I will definitely be back soon!

Nails are nice after done but only lasted about 1 1/2 weeks and then to refill is just as much as a new set.

I have been a loyal customer of Ooh La La Nail Salon for several years and initially appreciated the warm and welcoming atmosphere created by Cindy and her husband, as well as the salon's exceptional cleanliness. I normally don't give reviews. However, my recent experience compels me to share my thoughts, as I believe there is room for improvement in their customer service.
During my last visit, I decided to walk in instead of making an appointment, which is usually my practice. Unfortunately, I was turned away because they were preparing to close, and I was advised to return the following day. When I returned, I discovered they were fully booked. I inquired about future availability and was surprised to learn that they would not accept appointments from me because of a misunderstanding regarding missed appointments.
Despite my attempts to explain that I had not intentionally missed any appointments, and that unforeseen circumstances played a role, I felt my concerns were dismissed. Cindy and her husband referenced a note on their salon table indicating my status as a no-call, no-show (which is not my MO) with an incorrect phone number. As a business professional, I find it troubling that my personal information was noted publicly without my consent.
While I understand they have policies in place, I believe a more compassionate and understanding approach toward customers, especially longtime patrons, would enhance the overall experience. Life can be unpredictable, and I hoped they would take my situation into account; however, they did not.
When I finally had my nails done, the results this time were not up to their usual standards. I had asked them to fix the nails I had done myself, making them more even and reshaped. This is what I got: The middle of the nails is flat, and there is a slight hump at the tip. I have been unable to go back to get them fixed due to my own personal health issues.
Additionally, I inquired about eyebrow services, to have them filled in, only to be informed that they were experiencing equipment issues. I also inquired about scheduling an appointment for eyelash services, but was again told that I could only come in as a walk-in, which added to my frustration.
In summary, while I have enjoyed many positive experiences at Ooh La La Nail Salon in the past, this recent interaction left me feeling undervalued and disappointed. I believe that with a more empathetic approach and better communication, they could greatly improve customer satisfaction. As it stands, I am hesitant to return as a walk-in, given the treatment I received.
Overall, I know from past experience that Brian could have done a better job.

Great nail salon. I usually get my nails done in Houston but since finding Oohlala, I come to Onalaska more frequently to get my nails done. Great service and products.

We were from out of town and this was highly recommended! The art work is fantastic but the quality of products used is not good. My color has chipped and wore off less than 7 days after my visit. Paid over 120.00 for a new acrylic set with gel polish. Not impressed! ?
