They delivered a grill for me today and I experienced no issues at all. I was able to call them and schedule a delivery appointment immediately on my first attempt. The grill was also delivered on the date that it was promised. The grill and packing materials arrived at my home in perfect condition. The driver was also very professional and friendly. Can’t say enough good things about them.

I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by AAA Cooper in Orange, TX. My item from Home Depot has been sitting at their facility for over a week, and I have not received any communication from them regarding the delivery. I provided the gate code to both Home Depot and AAA Cooper customer service, yet they still failed to deliver my item. The lack of professionalism and communication is unacceptable. I expected a much higher level of service and reliability. I will think twice before using AAA Cooper for any future deliveries.

I have a pallet that was supposed to deliver to me 9/11 and the tracker shows out for delivery. I tried calling at least a dozen times and the phone just rings. No answering service, no answer machine or even a person will pick up the phone.I wanted to schedule a pick up for today at the terminal but how can you when the website says sorry we are have technical difficulties and the terminal to which I am willing to go and pick up what I paid to have delivered will not answer the phones.Poor service has became the norm now days. No one wants to take responsibility for their actions or lack there of.I have a $500,000 job I cannot finish due to waiting on AAA Cooper to decide whether or not they want to do their job.You people should be proud! It is the American way, right?

My item was supposed to be delivered over a week ago they never called me so I called them the lady was extremely rude and snapped at me. She told me that she had no idea when their truck would even be in my area and that I should call her every day before 9 until then and I would just have to leave work to come home and wait during the four hour delivery window. Customer service is a joke. It’s literally their job to call and schedule a delivery date and time and I can’t even say they get an A for Effort.

AAA Cooper delivered some equipment for me and they were very helpful. When I called their phone number a human being answered and gave me accurate information in the most delightful way. Great experience for me.

Held my shower enclosure for three weeks, then delivered it damaged (without saying anything). I highly discourage any company from using this delivery provider.
