I moved from Indiana to Texas and All Purpose Storage helped make it a easy process. Drop off and pickup extremely easy. Units clean and easily accessible. Definitely recommend for Uhaul and storage.

We drove 2 hours to pick up a trailer. When we arrived 2 people were already waiting. No one ever showed up. They had no option of an "after hours" number to call. We had to find another business that had what we needed. Lost 2 hours of moving!

Haven’t had our unit even 2 weeks and our lock was clipped and our unit was ran through. First time to use storage and this definitely put a bad taste in my mouth. Won’t be using this place again.Edit*** my account is under my married name Duhon.

It's not climate control and their security is worthless they don't have cameras throughout the property only in front some lights are out at certain buildings outside. Units get broken into often.

Don’t send out notice that your bill is due , then can’t ever get ahold of anyone when you need to pay your bill… had to cancel moving several times , I will never use this facility again

Rented a climate controlled storage unit on 611/21 and was told that the AC unit which was broke would be fixed soon. As of today 7/30/21 the unit is not fixed. Every time I call about it they tell me in two more weeks.I have been getting charged climate controlled storage pricing for a non climate controlled unit. I will be canceling my storage unit rental as of today. Here is a picture of the temperature inside my "climate controlled" storage building. Note: They didnt even offer me non climate controlled pricing either.
