I was injured by this location because they falsified a handicap insignia ♿ on GOOGLE MAPS, I was caught up in their lobby doors and the staff snickered at me refusing to render aid.After a customer ran to assist, Austin also came out of his office to assist. No one filled out an accident report, and I was denied restroom ? privileges. Austin had to open both doors after I conducted my business so I could safely exit the bank.I was discriminated against because of my disability by the staff, which embarrassed me twice loudly asking why I was there and then again when the manager came over while I was trying to compose myself and plug ? my scooter. She asked me "Just what I thought was doing" and I explained to her that I had permission from Austin to ? up my device.I am injured on my left wrist and hand. Chase Bank ? has refused to render ⛑️ to me since November.I made ♿6 secured messages to the bank, informing the management after which I was rudely interrogated by Tracy, the accessibility Rep. for Chase to the point of an anxiety attack.I have had to seek therapy and was diagnosed with PTSD because of the reoccurring nightmares that this horrific incident has caused.I checked the accessibility features of the bank before I went there. I used GOOGLE MAPS and got false information which led to a serious injury and my mobility device being destroyed.The Executive Assistant informed me that she worked directly for Mr. Jamie Dimon, and the Senior executives don't talk to "us", blocked my email to Mr. Jamie Dimon, and hung up repeatedly in my face. I am in constant pain. No disabled person should be treated like this.

Austin was amazing! Lots of laughs and never an awkward moment while setting up my sisters account! Even joked along with me about my sisters decision to have her paper work printed! She decided to hug a tree when we left to apologize! Pic in Google pictures!

Austin was a great help assisting me open my new checking account and savings account and potentially a credit card with chase! He was very knowledgeable and made things super easy and gave me all the information I needed and even made sure I knew how to use the app! 5 stars for him all across the board

Why does the ATM NEVER WORK HERE ???? And why is there 10 thousand Wells Fargo’s in the area and one chase besides beaumont and Port Arthur ! Can y’all please fix the ATM seriously it’s annoying and frustrating and been going on for some time ..... ??

This is the only chase bank in the area without driving several towns away. There is a single atm and it has been consistantly not working for weeks now with zero estimated repair time frame. This is extremely aggravating and time consuming to have to go out of our way to another town just to use a chase atm. This needs to be addressed asap. Open another chase bank nearby for all of use who bank there or at the very least put in a 2nd atm like at other chase locations so if one is down or out of cash, etc which of course is going to happen from time to time then customers are still able to use the other one.
