The recorded message when you call loops you around and never takes you to a person. Somehow I eventually made it to a person, and when I finally did the person who answered was SO rude! I transferred my prescription to a different company.

They don't Answer the phone !! I have a recurring prescription and every month it is at lease a week late at least try calling to but no one answers not worried about whit customers just making a paycheck .

They keep messing up on my prescription and saying that I don't have a refill. Then they later find out there's a mistake that I did have a refill. It happened three times. Plus I had one refill written from the doctor and when I picked up my prescription it says 0 refills! So I had to go back and have them look at the prescription again and put me one on hold. They messed up too much and then they get angry at you for their mistake. I will go to Kroger's from now on.

I hate this pharmacy they are the absolute worst. They are understaffed and it shows in the employees they are stressed out and take it out on the customers. I had to tell the older lady behind at the drop off box to relax she was rude as all get out.

This pharmacy is always understaffed. They never answer the phone. Im talking, 45 min on hold. I try my hardest not to do business with them, however sometimes they are the only store in town that has my medicine :(. They don't care if you are sitting right there waiting for your medicine they won't work any faster to get it done.

FREAKING HORRIBLE! When you walk up to the consultation area at the pharmacy I thought someone would assist you. Had to wait for the cashier to have a conversation about football, then look at me like I'm stupid when I asked a simple question. My mother needs 27 mg iron supplements I am assuming the pharmacist goes onto the shelves and grab something and says this has 65 mg in it and tries to hand it to us. I repeated again the vitamin shelves do not have any iron supplements on them could you help? Not once did he attempt to leave the counter area and assist a long time CVS customer in looking for iron supplements for his mother. Driving to Walgreens now....and have a look at the pictures. Magically Walgreens has exactly what my mom needed and buy one get one free.

The front store employees are helpful & cheerful. They are willing to help, and have helped me on several occasions, even looking in the stockroom for the item I requested. The store is clean, uncluttered and usually well-stocked. The pharmacy employees could take a cue from the front store people. I no longer have prescriptions filled here. They always seem very busy and like they have no time for you. I'm there every month and engage in conversation, some spark of recognition would be welcome. I'm not asking to be called by name, though it is right in front of them, just a friendly smile. Pharmacy Front store

This CVS is clean and the staff is friendly, we were able to get in and have our prescriptions taken care of in a timely manner. They have continuously gone the extra mile to make sure everything is taken care of, it helps that its so close to the hospital as well.
