Over priced stained clothes, wore out fake purses at name brand prices. Broken products at outrageous prices. Items are filthy and still over priced. Can’t really see anything behind counter for clutter and to much of a hassle to ask for assistance. Store is filthy and smells. (Orange store)

If you come here go with precaution. Some ladies jumped me for something I already had in my hands. The manager gave them the reason. NEVER COMING BACK.

NEVER GO HERE I REPEAT NEVER. the prices are the same as brand new stuff. This place used to be a good place to shop but after about a year or so the prices have just skyrocketed. Went there today to just see if maybe the person pricing the items got off their high horse but it’s still priced like brand new stuff. Goodwill has become one of the most greediest companies….. if you want a real thrift store go to Salvation Army. This place needs to shut down or get new management that actually cares for people and isn’t greedy.

I would no longer consider this a “thrift store” but that’s all Goodwills nowadays, expect to pay close or over general retail now. Lovely and kind workers except the one older gentleman that decided to rudely tells us to “ring the bell” as he is already at the front kiosk so the other workers can walk from the other side of the store to check you out, I’m sure he knows how to run a register for just one customer to atleast give the others chance to stock. No problem with waiting a minute but to get an attitude for no reason is crazy

Ok I understands somethings are cheap depending on the wear or brand. But you can get the same things at dollar tree or even Walmart for the same prices or cheaper......it's all FREE to Goodwill.. today prices at the Goodwills are like regular stores..people go to this place so they can get clothes and things that they can't afford at regular stores!

ive been to all goodwills near me such as beaumont, port arthur and lumberton. This goodwill in particular has decent cloth but the prices are higher 100% than the other goodwills. Even if the clothes are great it doesn't really much excuse the pricing for items they have received for free. If you are an actual family struggling looking for great quality clothing with great prices i urge you to pursue going to houston goodwills. the goodwills in houston have sales every week and they do not fiddle or change "Color Tags" like the ones in orange, port arthur, beaumont and lumberton. If you do not want to go to far the one in baytown is off the charts better than this one with the same quality just better prices.

Would put a 0 star rating if I could. The area office and who ever is doing the pricing should be ashamed of themselves. $100 for an old gen 1 X-Box not tested with no cables... $199 for a PS3, at least it had cables. I turned around and walked out I didn't even bother looking around. I used to like this Goodwill but I don't know if it is a new manager but something horrible has happened there. I might stop on again in a couple months to see if things have changed.

I was so sad at the conversation with both the store manager and the employee. I was looking to purchase all the Bible’s and some children’s books to for the homeless we give to locally. I asked if I were to purchased a large amount would they be able to discount. Annoyed the young lady said I know the answer. She went and asked to manager to come from the back, she said why do I need to? The young lady said, there’s a lady wanting a discount, the manager yelled out its not a 50% off day. It’s disappointing to see the staff throw books in a bin, damaging them and stating they are shipping them to another store. You could have sold a lot of books today that would have gone to the community, while still making a profit.

They should change their name to Goodwill on 5th Avenue! The prices are outrageous! Far above what resale shops that actually inspect garments charge for comparable items. The last time I was in there it smelled like cigarettes and I've rarely found anything in decent condition.
