This is the fifth vehicle that I have bought from Granger And the third time that I have worked with Jeff. He makes things so easy to get in and get out and the process is pretty quick. I’m never stuck for 10 hours at the dealership signing paperwork. Couldn’t recommend this place or Jeff enough!

There seems to be a lack of communication with some of the advisors. Todd and Kenny are great. I will be using one of these individuals from now on. The lack of communication is that of on Monday my Tahoe was in and that the advisor just left for lunch so my Tahoe key just sat on a desk until I asked Todd if it was done. He took care of it immediately. The next day I came in as well and it was not communicated to me that my truck would take longer due to a TSB on a program module after the oil change and rotation was complete. Just needs to be a little bit more communication and attention to detail with the customer and advisor relationship.

Talked to sales and he told me that I would get my trade in plus 5000 onto of trade in. When I went into chevy they informed me they listened to the call and heard him say that but it is not true and they will not honor what he said.
Trustworthy, honesty and honoring one of your employees word is definitely a must and when granger did not it showed they was not a trustworthy company to buy a vehicle from.
