Saleman was great finance manager absolutely ? percent to pushy and talked in circles so I will not be back the salesman said they would put a hitch on for my wheelchair ramp but the finance manager charged me 695.00 then they did not tell me to use my Credit card it was 4% charge which would be about 1200.00 so I said void it I'll pay by cash look at my sales sheet I was charged for Texas 7.00 inspection 5.00 for temporary Texas plate 150.00 documentation fee when all I wanted to do was pay cash for the car and leave with my 3 year 36000 mile warranty BUT NO your sales manager give me nothing but a hard time so I will not go back again and I would be uneasy about the service dept now that I have put out my opinion on this matter.

Purchased a used Jeep Wranger from Granger Chevrolet. Before purchasing the salesman said the vehicle has gone through inspections to make vehicle is in good condition. Shortly after the time frame of their warranty started hearing grinding noises in rear end. The differential was shot and need to replace entire thing. Thanks your inspections sucks !!! Salesman was Ethan.

My car buying experience was absolutely amazing. The did their absolute best to make sure I got the payment I was looking for. Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. Will always purchase/service at Granger. The service dept is 5 star as well

Had a 1:00pm appt. for an Oil change and tire rotation here at Granger Chevrolet. I was here just a few minutes early and the service writer got my keys and info and got the truck pulled right in at just a few minutes before the 1:00pm appointment time. I took a seat in their comfortable waiting area that had free coffee and cold water as well as soft drink machines. There is plenty of comfortable seating and plenty of magazines to browse through while you wait. The people are very friendly and helpful and the parts department is just saying the corner from the waiting area of you want to inquire about accessories! There is also a very nice looking White Corvette to look at in the waiting area of your like to take a close look at one! They are really nice, but a little out of my budget!!!

Ethan was great. Dude went above and beyond on getting me on the road in my new truck. Sammy in service is excellent as well. They both deserve raises and are a big part of why I'll be buying my next vehicle from granger

Granger Chevrolet Service Dept. is a joke. I brought my truck in because of a roaring noise. I had the bearings, rotors, and brakes replaced within 500 miles of bringing the truck in (on both sides). I specifically told the service advisor (Stacy) this twice. She apparently ignored me and didn't write this on the ticket. I told her that those parts were changed and the noise was still there. Well, over a week later, she called and left a voicemail and was told it was ready to pick up. So I called back and asked what they found wrong with it, and she said the bearings were bad. I said "I told you twice that the bearings were changed less than 500 miles ago". I asked her, "Where are the bearings that you all took off?" She said they threw them away (I did get one of them back). I was told they were expensive (not OEM bearings), and they literally didn't have 500 miles on them. So my dad went to pick up my truck because it was "ready" and the noise was still there. They never drove the truck; they just threw parts at it. So they took it back in and eventually found the problem (it wasn't the bearings). In the end I should've listend to my coworkers and friends about bringing it to Granger.

One of the worst experiences buying a vehicle. Richard was a good salesman and Brandon in finance was knowledgeable but after that it was a circus to get the vehicle. My friend purchased the vehicle on a Tuesday and didn't get it until the next week on Thursday. The vehicle was not ready in any way to be shown with personal belongings from the previous owners still in the vehicle yet they post it for sale. Gave it a pass because the salesman was cool however after him it went downhill. Once your vehicle gets stuck over in service department good luck trying to find anybody that knows anything of where your vehicle is, what is getting done to it or who is even in charge of the service department. Once you find somebody other than the rude front desk people you can never get a straight answer and even then it's more likely a lie because when the day they say it would be ready it was delayed by something else. During the time it was getting serviced she would check online if the vehicle was still available and even called the dealership and they said it was when in fact it was purchased and finalized. Finally, my friend got the call that the vehicle is ready, however when she picked it up they said it was ready to go and after getting home she realized no paper plates were put on it and the ball hitch that was on the vehicle when she purchased it was not there. She spoke with someone in service department and after driving back up there they said they'd get the paper plates and they replaced the ball hitch with a rusted one, not to mention the long wait to just get plates. Warning to everyone that when you finalize the purchase take pictures of the vehicle before it goes to service department. It's tough enough to have to overpay for used vehicles but what makes it's harder is to have to deal with a terrible dealership that only cares about making money off of you and nothing else.

I originally called 2 weeks prior to appointment and I was told the part I needed was in stock. I made an appointment for the next week. I had family emergency so I called to move the appointment and I was told "there was no record of the appointment I already made." I thought no big deal so I made another one. I dropped my truck off in the after hours drop on Sunday. The ticket i put my keys in had a spot that asked when you would call the next day so I put 830 am. I called Monday at 830 am and I spoke with Heather and she told me "there is a lot that goes into your repair so you just need to be patient." (even though I was just calling like the ticket asked) I called back at 3pm and Heather informed me that they in fact did not have the tail light in stock and couldn't fix my truck. I was very frustrated with this because I had already been told multiple times it was and I wasted my time bringing my truck. Words don't describe how rude Heather was to me. They had to keep the truck another day.Every time I spoke with her it was like the first time. She never knew what was going on. I wouldn't recommend granger for service. It was a terrible experience.

I bought a 2023 Grand Jeep Cherokee recently and I was very displeased with my service. I was sold the car with 2 recalls on it and immediately had to bring it in for service. I would have hoped before getting sold the car it would have been taken care of beforehand, but it was not. While having one of the rentals they gave me to use I couldn’t drive it over 2K miles and when it was given to me had 1800 miles on it. This is a huge inconvenience to me because we have trips planned and work to attend to.Then I had to sign paper work three separate times because the paperwork was wrong.I usually love shopping at Granger and never had a problem before, but after this experience I will no longer do business with them.

My husband and I worked with Scott and he went to the ends of the earth to ensure we were taken care of. There was no stone left unturned with him. We will be back for the purchase of our next vehicle to work with Scott. Amazing salesman!! 10/10 recommend.

It was one of the best car buying experiences I’ve had. I buy new vehicles every couple of years. Sales was great to work with. Very attentive and willing to work with serious buyers. Will be buying a suburban when the wife’s ready for a new one.

My husband bought a used Jeep Wrangler there earlier this year. He agreed for 5 Point CU to check his credit. They approved the loan. The problem is that at least 5 additional loan companies also checked his credit and now his credit score has dropped due to these hard inquiries. I have reached out to Granger on social media and gotten no response.

Let me express how awesome of an experience we had purchasing our Jeep Cherokee trail hawk , it started with our amazing salesman Jeff,from the moment we arrived, we were greeted and welcome with a smile.We asked to see the vehicle we were interested in and right away we knew it was the one for us. Jeff went over everything about the vehicle, and the best part of our experience was he wasn’t one of your usual pushy salesman, He allowed us to pick exactly what we wanted without trying to push something else on us. With in 24 hours we drove off the lot with our Jeep. Thank you Jeff and the financing department for taking such good care of our family. Kindness goes along way, if you’re looking for a vehicle go and ask for Jeff, you’ll be glad you did. El jefe you rock

Most GM dealerships are currently inundated with a backlog of repairs or services and getting a vehicle in for either of those in a timely manner is an incredible feat to accomplish as a result. Granger Chevrolet in Orange, TX was able to schedule my Silverado for air conditioning repairs for the day following my call to schedule. I was pleasantly surprised to hear them ask, "Can you bring it in tomorrow?" In the Texas heat, which can be overwhelming to most people, that question meant everything to me considering my AC was not working! The service advisor, Heather, kept me well-informed throughout the repair process and everything was perfect in the end. I think I have found my new home for GM purchases and servicing at Granger Chevrolet!
