So just went and picked my truck up..spent 2400 dollars and get told there's a 31/2% charge for using a credit card. So was going to use my debit card same charge. Who carries 2400 cash on them. Told them I wanted all old parts..nope just the spark plugs. Then I'm reading the invoice and there's a 4.99 charge for them to keep my information for 5 years. Wasn't told about that.I know it's only 5 dollars but still another bullcrap charge. Then go out to get in my truck and it's dirty. No complimentary wash. Guess I got used to my old dealership in Arizona. No matter what I had done they always washed and dried it and run a vacuum inside..nothing extreme just a clean truck. I will never use granger again. I'll drive to Beaumont next time. Should have went with my first instinct and not went there. I thought Al Granger would run a better dealership. Lesson learned.

Bought a car from Granger Dodge last year. It did not last a year before I had to spend over 3k to fix it. Later down the road I was told to look at my paperwork and found out that I had a warranty I paid for even though Kieth from granger told me I will not have a warranty at all on this car. Found out I did and my warranty will not honor a reimbursement because it was not pre-approved. Make sure you do not listen to your sales guy and really read through the paperwork because you will be paying almost 2k for a warranty on your vehicle even if they lie and tell you that you don't.
Honestly i wouldn't buy a car from them though. Honesty is a must for vehicles and breaking down less than a year is definitely is a deal breaker

They rely on gimmicks to get you in the door. Once you get there, they pull you in a room to reveal the scam and expect you to be OK with it. If they sold quality vehicles at a reasonable price, by honest individuals, they would not need the scams. This was MY experience.

Crooks! Warranty trap!!! Service center horrible! After spending $1,000 out a pocket not to include what the warranty covered, My Jeep was worse after leaving there, not to mention the utter feeling of defeat! Only to find out my Jeep just needed new spark plugs from a trusted mechanic!!! The cost for repair for my vehicle Was $40 not including labor. But I would pay double the labor to go somewhere else!

The service department here was wonderful. After having a flat and a horrible experience with the tow company, they went out of their way to be helpful. They were saints! I can't say enough good things about them.
