Very clean and quiet property. Maybe occupancy rate was low during our visit.
Only one elevator here. That’s a rare sight in our experience.
Garbage bags in Trash cans - nice hygienic touch.
Comfortable, semi-firm mattress, not so great pillows - Fluffy and flat.
Reasonable blackout curtain.
Large shower. Decent shower head with multiple flow patterns, but flow rate could be better. Took a long time to soap up, then rinse off. Two very small soap shelves. More and larger would be nice. Especially for us shower-shavers.
No power outlets on one side of the bed-nor on the wall on that side of the bed, what! It's age is showing.
Microwave and fridge. TV.
Carpeted floor. Call me old fashioned, but I still like carpeted floors.
Standard Hampton Inn breakfast layout.
Conditioner in the shower was empty. Ice bucket was broken. I reported that.

Nice, clean, safe and quiet. Friendly staff, unlimited coffee and tasty breakfast.

The moldy AC units here are gross and potentially unhealthy. We could smell the mustiness upon entering the room. Asked if all the rooms would be this way. Was offered another room. Same problem. Could see the mold on the unit and all over the curtains above it.
Staff was friendly. Hence the second star.

First hotel ever i have found with legitimate soft water! Clean rooms and friendly staff. I was epically impressed considering it is in Orange, Texas!!

Solid hotel, being a 3 star seems to suit this location though barely, it is a little pricey for the service it does hold strong in the way it is reasonably clean, quiet, maintained, and has a reasonable breakfast for the stay. I would recommend this location for a short stay or short trip but the pricing is a bit on the high side for a repeated/longer visit when there are similar quality hotels within a 5 mile radius that offer similar qualities for about half the price, and are arguably slightly cleaner. Even with that said, I would stay here again in the case the other lower prices location were not available as it was a reasonably decent visit. One note, DO NOT expect hotel WIFI/Internet to work at this location, it was patchy at best, if you need internet expect to Tether your device to your phone or have a mobile hotspot with you.

We visited with my elderly mobility impaired parents in December. We were assured that the room selected was a handicap accessible room with bars in the bath etc.. The room was only hearing accessible not as stated on the reservation or confirming with the front desk it was what was needed and reserved. I did ask when we departed to speak to a manager and was told none was available and that I could call later. I was disappointed that the room was not as safe as it should have been and not as requested. We are Hilton loyal and have been for years. Otherwise, the location is good and the accomodations were clean and fresh.Please, please, please, just make sure when you confirm and tell someone something that it is correct information.
