“Awhile back I ordered a battery for my mower online, long story short, the battery was no good. Not the stores fault.On 12/22/2023 I went to the store to get a replacement, lost receipt, no P.O. or proof of purchase.I spoke with Michelle the store manager and she asked if I tried customer solutions, no I had not.She notified her staff that she would be busy assisting a customer which I thought was excellent communication.Long story short, After several minutes on hold, it took a short time for them to find my purchase and get the information to get my refund and a new battery purchased in store at half the price of the online purchase.Thanks again Michelle for the assist.You run a great store!”
