The compressor went out on the 2007 Jeep Liberty the other week and I went to this shop for Air help. Being on a fixed income and this is South East Texas. It is about to be ? Hot round here. The KoolBreeze shop 2023 fixed the air with the OME replacement parts that I purchased and they installed.An Old Friend Ollie Janice referred Me to this shop a few years ago and I appreciate that by the appointment made and patience I got the call that My car was ready. Everyone that I know was at work or school so Uncle Clyde was available to drop Me there to get My car and I went straight to the car wash and rolled the windows up right to enjoy the professional work done to My Jeep.Keep up the good business,Guys and Thanks

Don't know if they do good work or not had an appointment at 8:00 a.m. and there were two other cars that waiting which finally drove off. I think they got there at 8:20. We had already left and gone next door

I tried at least 8 times to have Kool Breeze to just look at my AC, Gary was just too "busy" to do that, response: come back another day. Well there are other shops not so busy to talk to customers. No more wasting my time.

Took my car here for a esc light, he hooked it up to his little reader and told me he could fix it that coming Wednesday. Friday I called for an update, I was told he didn’t get a chance to get to it yet and he would at the beginning of the week. Called Monday for an update because I just had that feeling keep coming over me that something was going to happen… glad I called. After 8 days of it sitting there and me paying 1300 for a rental for those days, I was then told it’s electrical and he wouldn’t fix it. Lmao. Next time make sure you can fix it before you tell someone you can.Service: Check engine light diagnostic
