Loved Dr. Metz! I have two little girls who had their first ever eye appointments and she was fantastic with them. On top of that, we had an issue with our insurance during payment. Not only did Jessica, the office manager, deal with the frustration beautifully, she went above and beyond. I absolutely recommend this office to anyone who’s looking.

I recently had an appt at myeyedr on December 12th for 2 of my children the staff was patient and the appointment went fast and smoothly. The technician Valerie and Dr. Metz were both kind and patient with all there questions. Sarah helped them find the perfect/comfortable frames for their faces We were in and out within 40mins for 2 appointments. Will be going back for their yearly exam.

This is an amazing place to come, the whole team was very welcoming and friendly! Kaylee was amazing at helping find stuff to keep me within my budget and she saved me some money too!! Highly recommended this place!

Absolutely freaking amazing! The girls were all so sweet! The exams and tests were so easy. When I got overwhelmed with the prescription portion of the exam the tech calmed me down and reassured me. I didn’t catch her name, but the girl who checked me in was so sweet and explained the forms to me well. She even searched every brand of contacts for my prescription knowing they likely wouldn’t have them. Valerie is by far the kindest person I have ever met! She kept me laughing the whole time and comforted me when I was upset. Jessica made the checkout process a breeze as well! She had the chance to take advantage of me when I didn’t understand pricing and insurance, but instead she explained it to me and helped me save money. Each went above in beyond in my opinion! Absolutely will be coming back! Thank you ladies for your kindness!?

I'd give zero stars if I could, the "doctor" wanted to dilate my 7 year old's eyes in order to even see her. This would've been my daughter's first eye exam at an eye doctor aside from her well checks every year. My daughter doesn't wear glasses and I just wanted her eyes checked before school to make sure she's good to go.

Messed up my prescription. Rescheduled for re-examination 2 weeks later. Took off work and no appointment had been made. I got a $500 plus pair of cheaters. The big mean woman that sits in the middle and acts like she is running the business is despicable and has no business dealing with the public. Addressing my insurance company now and pursuing dismissile of that beast of an over powered receptioist

Place is nice, good people working there that take the time to attend the customer. Though When I tried my new glasses couldn't see good neither far nor near sited. The glasses were ordered wrong and had to wait 7 more days. Never had that experience I guess there is always a first time for everything. it would have been 5 stars.

I never had a problem with getting my glasses but the last 3times I had to go back because they had my glasses in the wrong frame I picked out a different one and Everytime I go get my glasses it's not the frame I choose but the workers are very kind and courteous especially Mrs. Jashane Cook
