Place was clean & nail techs were welcoming, but unfortunately, I had a very bad experience. I guess based on the reviews, I should’ve asked for Trina, but I assumed everyone was OK at this place. I got set up with a nail tech who was older and she was extremely aggressive with my nails. I had to concentrate on something else to avoid thinking of the pain which I ended up, taking my hand from her because I couldn’t handle it. She did cut my cuticle with the electrical nail file. My nails came out blocky, and I hated them to the point where I drove to joy supply to buy myself two professional nail files to save what I could and shape my
own nails. The nails came out 10 times better than what she did at the salon and still they don’t look great. Unfortunately, the pain is still present on my fingers. She was so rough. I was actually shocked at how much pain I was enduring just to get it over with as soon as possible, I’m extremely shy and just couldn’t tell her how rough she was being, especially after she had already hurt me and I had pulled my hand away. It should’ve been a hint for her that she was being too rough being the professional she is. Also for a short period of time she did step away from doing my nails to go do an eyebrow thing and her coworker took over who was extremely gentle with the three nails she did. I was extremely happy that my first
nail tech had to step away, but then she came back and that’s when things got worse. She had to hand file my nails so much, because she was doing my nails poorly from
the start and just spreading the acrylic everywhere and I’m assuming she thought she was going to fix the overall shape by filing my nails, extremely hard and aggressively. I just felt like she was inconsiderate and she was just way too rough.

Trina has been doing my nails and is absolutely fantastic she takes her time and they are always gorgeous when she does them. I’m always getting compliments when she does them. Highly recommend her to make sure you have the best looking nails!

I love Polished Nails! I’ve tried many nail salons within the triangle area, and this is by far the best. Great quality work always and reasonably priced!

Trina does amazing on your nails! She is my favorite and my go to, but all the ladies do beautiful work. Beautiful salon, very sweet ladies and they have a sweet young man also!
Audrey is my pedicure girl! Awesome!

I was in town visiting family due to an emergency and Polished Nails was kind enough to accommodate me with a last-minute appointment. I received a builder gel fill-in with Trina and a pedicure with Vivian. Both ladies were exceptionally friendly, professional, and did a wonderful job. I would highly recommend this salon, and as a thoughtful touch, I was gifted a beautiful cuticle oil on my way out.

Went for a mother daughter spa day and was not disappointed!! Excellent customer service fit two pedicures one full set of acrylics and one manicure ! All staff is sweet and attentive! Found my new salon for regular visits!

The best experience I’ve had at a nail salon in years, from the moment I opened the door I was greeted with very welcoming energy and serviced immediately. I got a deluxe pedi and a soak off, and the lady who serviced me did a fantastic job. The best pedicure I’ve gotten in years, this will definitely be my new go to place and I will be sure to recommend all my friends, family, and clients at work to this salon!
