Do not rent from this company. They do zero mantanace. The raise the rates and add fees frequently. They are in a flood zone and if your stuff is destroyed. You just out of luck. You can't get in touch with anyone local. You get a phone room in India. Horrible company. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.!

Been trying to find my account # so I can pay my bill on unit #209 in Orange Texas for 3days. Nobody answers phone. Try to charge late fees when wasn't late. I been here 18 months and NEVER had. This problem when it was Purely Storage
