If the appointment is for 910a, I should not still be in the lobby at 10a. If you can't manage your appointment load, don't schedule the appointments.Where do I send my bill for $225 an hour?

Do not bring your children here for 1 year blood draws. The employees did fine with my blood work when pregnant. They stuck my daughter THREE times, two different people and couldn’t get it and tried to dig around to find the vein until I told them to stop and left. They in no way should stick a baby if they do not think they can get the vein. Their first comments when walking in was that “she won’t remember it” which is rude and I should have walked out after the first time they couldn’t get the vein. They had the nerve to make comments about me me not being able to hold her still, but still couldn’t get it when her dad held her still. They were nice at first, but i’d rather them be competent at their jobs.

Don't bother coming as a walkin nowadays. Zero people in the lobby waiting - wait time so far, 60+ minutes. I miss customer service.

I brought my grandson in this morning at 7:40. We were in room 2. Don't know sweet lady that did his blood but she was awesome!!!! I was worried he was going to freak out but I think because of her he did great! He said she has done his blood since he was a baby & that she was a veteran. (His words) I thought it was cute he said that & wanted to share. Also thank you for being so nice and gentle with him. Great job!!!

I checked for an appointment and the earliest they had was 11am. So I went to the office to wait, since the do acccept walkins. They got me in it 9am. The ladies were very friendly and quick! I would highly recommend.

No one answers when you call. I wanted to make sure my kids Doctor had sent lab orders before I went. The automated voice said if your Dr told you they sent orders please don’t call asking. If you get there and they haven’t been sent they will call to get them. My daughter made an appointment and showed up. The girl told her there were no orders and she’d have to go get them. She wouldn’t call. If they would just answer calls this could be prevented. Sad because I use them every three months for my lab draws. I’ll just go to Beaumont from now on.

Bad experience for buying your own test. There is no way to talk for account customer service, you have to send a message and hope they don't ignore it. There is no acknowledge that they even have received my ticket.

We went with our autistic son there today for the first time. They were patient, helpful, kind, and understanding from beginning to end. Will definitely go back!
