They tore my pants first time I sent them to the cleaners. They dodge all my phone calls and emails even after been told by owner he would pay for the damages and fix the torn pants. Never heard from him again. DO NOT COME HERE. Rude front desk lady in orange tx. Morning shift

I needed to get 3 African Kofia dry cleaned, but when I got them back, I thought they reordered them but I had a mark to identify them, they looked better than they did brand new, I'm still trying to wonder how I can thank them for their service, speechless customer

Rely on being disappointed.$80 J. Crew dress shirt destroyed, no reimbursement or free of charge for washing it and taring it. I have never been satisfied with Reliable Dry Cleaners, the only reason I have continued to go is there is no other dry cleaners in the local area.Save your clothes and your money!

Very friendly staff and accommodating staff. While being very busy and unsure if they were going to get my laundry finished in the same day, they were able to reprioritize the small amount of laundry I had to ensure I was able to get it before the holiday weekend. This was very much appreciated sense I am traveling from out of town and needed these clothes cleaned before I had to head out.

With a name like RELIABLE Dry Cleaners you would hope for some amount of Reliability. That has not been the case with these folks for going on two years now. I continue to give them chances based on the AMAZING customer service I receive from the young lady who works mornings, but that's about as far as things go. I have literally waited WEEKS for items that were promised within 24 hours. Un-Reliable Dry Cleaners are what the are.
UPDATE: was told by several people to give them "one more chance". Dropped 5 shirts and 5 pairs of slacks off on Friday morning at 7:00am. Was told I could pick them up Monday by 5:00pm. Here we are, Monday. Slacks are done, but my shirts haven't been touched yet. I'm glad I just gave them $30. Its the last cent they will ever collect from me.

I would not recommend this cleaners for wash and fold services. Please read below for more details.
Pros: Friendly staff, convenient drive thru service
Cons: Too expensive for the level of service, quality of their wash/fold services
I was hoping to find a reliable wash and fold service in the Orange, TX area because the temporary place I am staying at does not have a washer and dryer hookup. Other places seemed a little more outdated, so I was hopeful just based upon first impressions. The staff is friendly enough and the drive thru is very convenient.
The problem is, they charge $1.50 per pound (I spent $70!!) for such poor quality of service. I could tell my clothes were washed, however, I had to spend time refolding most of my clothes! My socks and undergarments were tossed into the bottom of the hamper without being paired and folded. Several of my shirts and pants were turned inside out and folded up this way. These are just basic things that I would expect a wash and fold to perform. Why else would I be willing to pay such exorbitant prices?
Overall, I would definitely not recommend their services based on my experience.

I dropped off a new, white dress on Wednesday, May 27, 2020. The dress was for my daughters Confirmation ceremony on Sunday. When I picked it up Thursday, it had blue stains on it! The owner, Keith Wallace, was called and told about the situation. He said he would pick up the dress and have it laundered again.
I called back Friday morning to check on the progress. The attendant said Keith had NOT picked up the dress! Another attendant also called to remind him the dress needed to be ready for Sunday. At that point a message was relayed to me that Keith said the area that launders clothes does not operate on Friday and can’t operate for one dress. His solution was for my daughter to wear a gown over the dress. I told the attendant it’s a Confirmation ceremony not a graduation. There is not a gown for her to wear over the dress! From the beginning, he had no plans to do anything with the dress before Sunday!
I left my phone number for him to return my call. I specifically said, “I want to talk about a solution with Keith.” I called back at least 10 times. Sometime, the phone was not answered. It was obvious Keith was avoiding me. At this point, I asked the attendant to ask Keith if he would be willing to purchase another dress for the ceremony…my daughter found a $30 (plus tax) dress at Dillard’s. The attendant called me back to say Keith said he was NOT willing to purchase another dress because he can get the stain out, but it would be next week before the dress would be ready. I again said the dress is for a ceremony on Sunday so next week will not help with this situation. Keith Wallace never returned my phone call.
Keith Wallace, the owner of Reliable Cleaners, is very unprofessional and non responsive. He has zero people skills and avoided me at all cost. He did not offer a reasonable solution to the poor quality his cleaners delivered!

The WORST service i have EVER used! I dropped off 3 coats to be dry cleaned and was told they would be ready by 5 the next day. When I showed up 2 days later they still were not ready. I was told i would not have to pay once I was finally able to pick up. 11 days later they were finally ready but the manager refused to give them to me for free.
