I had a car that had set up for a year. It was so nasty on inside and out. I called Potter's to see if they cleaned cars like that. She told me to bring it by so they could look at it and give an estimate. 2 weeks later I brought the car by. The lady met me in the parking lot telling me that she cannot mirror glaze that car because it had been in a wreck, bumpers and headlights crushed. I explained that I had spoken with her 2 weeks previous, she rudely interrupted me and said that she had told me to call first so that Mr. Potter the owner could approve it. I said that I did not remember her saying that and that it would have been good to know before bringing the car up. They were extremely rude and acted very much like they did not want my business.
