Worst Car Dealership there is EVER. This is all based off the financial worker. The new man has a whole lot of guts. He is the true definition of DISRESPECTFUL. The car dealer and him miss communicated and had the numbers we were willing to do all wrong. So because of that he said things like because of us his children wouldn't be able to eat. And when he made a rude remark I said in confusion that wasn't nice and he goes it wasn't meant to be. At the end of the day if you want to sell ANYTHING, ANYWHERE YOU HAVE TO HAVE RESPECT! You are NOT going sell anything being a cocky rude person. If you want to feed your kids then sell cars properly then you will have money! It's not my fault. NEVER GO HERE!

I bought a 2020 F-150 a couple of months ago. Salesman was a professional but the finance manager, T.J. Barlow, must have thought I was an idiot. Rude to boot. He must be Someone's Nephew or a Son in Law. That shifty guy will have Granger Ford on both sides of Green Avenue soon. I bought the vehicle anyway because it was what I was looking for and the Salesperson was helpful in finding what I wanted. Telling everyone I know about my bad experience with that TJ Barlow. ---Mike Tomplait

Roosevelt is exceptional he always goes above and beyond. It's very satisfying and reassuring to see his face to know your vehicle is in good hands. My representative at the counter Ms. Donna was very patient. She understood my my work schedule to get me an appointment most convient for me with no Hassel. She demonstrated why I needed work done. She didn't just assume I knew what she was talking about. The icing in the cake is my appointment wasn't until 2. I arrived early and they got me in early. They said if they can they would. I would tell anyone to come to this establishment. I am truly in great hands because we all need a dependable vehicle.

I can’t leave a perfect score because I had to bring my truck back to correct a leak after my fuel filter was changed. However, the team at Roberts stayed on my issue until it was fixed. They followed up on their survey, owned their mistake, and made sure I was satisfied.

I had been looking for a truck that will pull a 5th wheel rv that we were working on buying in Texas. Unfortunetuly for us the truck I ordered from Ford back in October of 2021 did not happen in the time frame I was expecting so I cancelled the order. The next thing was to try and find one in Texas while we are down here until the 20th of March After going over hundreds of trucks on the internet we decided on a truck at Roberts Ford. Based on the information and the pictures only we started the process of buying it. Our sales guy Gavan and finance guy TJ went over everything and we did the deal over the internet by e-signing the documents. it was one of the easiest purchases we have ever done. I had asked before coming to get the truck if they could tint the front windows and Gavan set it up. I didn't mention this in the beginning but the truck, a 2019 Ford F350 was 344 miles away from where we were! We made the trip and everything turned out great! Very happy with the highest level of service and I tell everyone about our experience! Thanks again to Gavan and TJ! Photo is after having the Westin HDX Heavy Duty Grille Guard installed.

The Service department was a huge disappointment. In order to get an appointment you have to go through someone named Debra. Left messages on the voice mail. Still no call back. Called several times on different days and always went to voicemail.

We drove almost 8 hours to get to this dealership after talking to salesman Billy Hilton.. he assured us over and over that the Titan we were looking at was in really good shape.. once we got there he told us again that their mechanic had gone over everything and everything worked just fine. Well about 2 hrs down the road it got cold sold we turned on the heater.. no heat.. therefor no defroster. I really think Billy Hilton, the salesman knew this and just didn't tell us. TJ, don't remember his title,told me he would give me copies of everything I signed..he gave me an envelope and when I got home there was only 2 pages..I signed about a dozen..My point...I don't think this is a honest dealership..I'll never do business with them again.

I’ve been looking for a vehicle for 3wks but I just wasn’t sold on any of them and at that point I was just ready to give up. I don’t remember what website I were on when I ran across Sabine River Ford but I called about one of there vehicle and told him how much I had and he said well come up here and we’ll see what we can do, at first I wasn’t going to go but something made me get up and go. All I can say is they made sure I left satisfied, thanks!

The people at Sabine River Ford were professional and courteous. The frustrating part of the whole thing were the delays. The original build date was several months away; then it was postponed 5 weeks, and again two weeks after that. I'd like to reiterate that my frustration is not with the people at Sabine River Ford, it's with the delays in production and delivery.
