Purchased a sealed bottle of whiskey, leaked on my vehicle seat, attempted to return it, said she could not swap it out after taking it outside, so I bought another bottle of it for my father’s collection after paying for it I noticed it leaked on my hand, and requested a refund while still at the counter, she refused, so I explained how they shouldn’t sell products that are not properly sealed, she told me I could swap it out, I had to tell her I’d wait for the manager to get my money back before she agreed, I know it sounds petty but including both bottles it’s $140 wasted

I only go here for tabbacco (inexpensive pipe tabbacco) and cigarette tubes. Both products got low or ran out. There couldn't have been more than me buying those products because it took well over a year to deplete their stock as I could see. I express my concern to the ladies at the desk and both times they actually took notes and the stock was replenished when I came back the next month. I would say if you politely express your concerns they're going to work towards meeting your needs.

The woman (assumed wife of owner) showed excellent customer service skills/etiquette. But the gentleman (assumed husband/owner) was hovering over her as if she was some new hire employee that has made mistakes! It was very awkward conducting business here even though I was even in the drive thru! Only reason I will come back because this place, flyingj, and Murphy's only locations that accept Marlboro digital coupons. And with the prices as they are, my coupons are $1.50 off a pack. Some of these are the only places that I can get cigarettes at barely $5.50 name brand. But as long as Murphy's and flying J is open at the time which they usually always are smokers Express will no longer see my business
