I got in top nail a lot. I get my eyebrows & lip waxed, and then I get my lashes and my pedicure and acrylic set. Recently, my nails always cost more than what I agree to before starting, and in the end, my nails don't match length or shape.
One photo is of both pinky nails... then my thumb was not painted all the way.
Disappointed in the service lately.

I showed them what i wanted. I told them I wanted all the colors to match. And they assured me they had the matching color. After doing the acrylic, they then told me they didn't have the same red for the design. So I told them to just change the color to black so it would all match. She then proceeded to be extremely rough and cut my finger twice. I absolutely hate the nails. It has only been 2 days, and they are chipping. You can also see the red through the black (she only did one coat of black). The natural color doesn't look good either, and when I told them after she did the first finger, she said that it was all she had.

I have recently started getting my nails done. I visited top nails and the service was excellent. The nail tech who did my nails did a superb job. I am very pleased and I will continue to go there each time. I didn't get the nail tech's name but I will certainly get her name on my next visit.

Pedicure was very basic for 40.00 not pleased. The eyebrow wax was top of the line, but she left wax on my skin and didn't bother the remove it after i told her.

BIG NO. ! I went there to get my nails done. Needed to remove old ones but the lady on table #7 (Kim) started pulling my nails off instead of soaking them!! She destroyed my natural nails. They were bleeding. I had to tell her to stop and mentioned that I didn't want a full set anymore. She ended up moving me to someone else and she did soak them. never going back. Very bad experience.

I called and set an appointment the day before my requested appointment time at 9:30am with nancy, which was confirmed by Michael who answered the phone. My appointment time arrives and I am in the nail shop at 9:28, and nancy already had someone in the chair. I had to let nancy know I scheduled an appointment with her and she said okay sit down in the waiting area. I proceeded to say "before you start the walk in appointments nails, I had an appointment." I was ignored until my mother came into the establishment and then it was stated by nancy that "I didn't know she had an appointment when I sat there and was ignored for 30 minutes past my appointment time and nancy continued to do the other customers nails. I will not be back they are rude, unorganized and violate the state boards policies.

I absolutely LOVE my nails I told the young lady that did my nails the style and said have fun doing my nails! And she didn’t disappoint at all! ❤️❤️❤️
