It’s very hard to get someone on the phone, it rings twice and goes straight to elevator music. I usually have to wait 10 minutes before someone finally answers. I don’t know if they need more employees or what. But there should be better phone etiquette. They shouldn’t charge late fees if someone is paying over the phone because it takes a week for them to answer.

Wellspring has changed my whole life. I had made some heavy financial mistakes, and Ms. Danielle at the Orange branch heard me, saw me as a person, and took a leap of faith on me, all while providing great advice. If it wasn’t for Wellspring and Ms. Danielle I don’t know where I’d be. And everyone I’ve come into contact with has always been so friendly there. This is a top tier Credit Union and I’m so lucky I discovered this hidden gem. I’m so grateful for Ms. Danielle and this credit union in general. 10/10 recommend.

Never go on lunch break through the drive through. It always takes super long especially when the black girl is working because she likes to take her time,talking and playing.
