They don’t bother to let you know they are open and they load about 6 pallets an hour. All the negative reviews are true.

DONT DO IT!!! This is by far the worse place to pick up. Been here since 8:40 it's 2:28 terrible place.

I been here over 5 hours and they finally tell me that they are still making my order, after I had to get the head manager and the lady at front desk is not friendly nor helpful at all, my job is to drive not wait

Very friendly people.My appointment at 8am but got here at night before you can park there overnight no problem. They gave me a door at 7 but start loading right after 8 since most of them start at 8 and I was out by 9am
