they make sure do everything possible to avoid delivering packages and make sure to go out of their way to make mail deliveries difficult, incompetents runs rampant in Ore City PO

We just moved here and we have experienced nothing but horrible customer service and difficulties with our mail and packages getting delivered. They refuse to deliver at the address at my property. Kiera was super rude and unfriendly. Definitely not a good experience as a new resident of ore city.

I had occasion to mail a package to my great granddaughter yesterday. I had no idea what type of package I needed. Kearia was the service representative who helped me. She was very kind, helpful, and knowledgeable. It disappoints me to see the negative reviews. My experience was all positive. Thank you Kearia!
