Had to get my ac checked out, went to Thompson Automotive and Dwight took care of the problem super fast, could not ask for better service. Definitely will be going there again.

Went for state inspection. Website says they were open. When i arrived the place was closed. Monday June 10, 2024 around 9:30 am.

The only reason I’m giving this place one star is because I have to. I called and asked if they’d be doing inspections on a Friday and the lady that answered the phone told me yes. my fiancé got there and told her we don’t do them. I called up there and told her she told me yesterday she was until 4. She told me she never told me that and then hung up. Thompson automotive lost a good customer

Unfortunately today has possibly cost them my business. While I am only one customer, showed up and waited until after 8 for their employee to open at 10 after simply needing inspection. Raining at the time and was told that I would be there until the rain ended around 9:30-10 before he would inspect. Three customers all left for that reason. I take off approx 2 hours in order to give them my business since 2008. Empty inspection bay and turning customers away.

Wouldn't pass my inspection bc my horn was "too loud", on an almost 40 year old truck. Only had to wait 45 minutes!

I came in today to get an inspection done. They were closing up the shop as I got there but still let me get my inspection done and saved my butt. Great staff. Would highly recommend!!
