This business lacks good customer service. They can not answer calls or respond to texts and their voicemail is full. I would NOT recommend because obviously this is not a professionally ran business and customer service is extremely poor.

Love my haircut. Monica did a great job. Was very friendly and took the time to cut my hair just like I wanted. Was nervous about going since I am just here with my husband while on a job. But she put all fears to rest. Very professional and informative.

Monica did a great job cutting my hair. Did exactly as I wanted. Was very friendly. Was in Ozona with my husband with his job. It was nice to talk to someone who treated you like a friend.
