The staff at Ozona Bank - Wimberley is very courteous and helpful. After moving here in 2020, we received a recommendation of them from some close friends. They have succeeded in taking care of my banking business since then. We are in process of changing our remaining accounts from a national bank to Ozona.

They charge anyone who doesn't also have an account at their bank $10 to cash a personal check you wrote them! My yard man said he didn't even realize they had shorted him When he'd been cashing my checks! Also Mobil banking down unreasonably often as is the limited online access. Constantly get messages like feature not available to you, etc. Sorry I switched to them. Very disheartening to try to transfer money, check your balance or make a Mobil deposit only to get a message saying "No Accounts Found" or unknown error occurred....over and over again. Site was up only a while then here we go again! Come on, Man! And changing banks is a pain. Gave up some great perks at Wells Fargo to bank local. Regret it now. May give Broadway bank a try. At least they don't charge someone to cash a personal check you write to them.

They are always friendly and offer great service. Shelly Hicks made our building loan so easy inspecting the builders progress all the way to completion.

This was my first time coming to this Bank and I have to say it is the most friendliest place in town! Part of my job, is to going to many businesses. They have best customer service. All the staff, including Caroline Adams are so friendly and welcoming. I felt at home. Thank you for your kindness!

Recently, I met with two different officers at this Ozona location. After visiting with several different banks, I was thrilled to speak with knowledgeable, professional individuals that actually let me know that they were enthusiastic about having me as a customer. Even though Ozona is a small bank relative to some of the other more familiar bank names we hear of every day, they have the ability to service the needs of high end clients. I like the fact that they are able to meet the needs of clients from all walks of life. Shane Cooper, on the investment end of my needs, is down to earth and excellent at educating me regarding my various options. Shane Barbee is also down to earth and very knowledgeable regarding my possible building needs when I relocate to Wimberley. Both men were very well versed and professional. As I was leaving my meetings, I passed the tellers and was surprised that they spoke to me, thanking me for coming in. This is not the norm, even in the rural communities I have lived in. The bank is warm and has a beautiful interior.
