The two guys that were working on 12/29/23 didn't care to answer the phone then were really disrespectful when asking them if the showers work which they told me to wait in waiting area and not in store makes zero sense

This truck stop is really not bad. Its a quiet place to rest and is not really busy. However this is not a corporate location, its a franchise so no automated reservations. The whole lot is pay-to-park. Im not sure the rewards points work inside either. They also have a Whataburger and the store was nice, clean and well stocked. Bring YOUR OWN TOWELS for the showers, just a heads up. Good spot if you are in a pinch and need a 10hr break but not something you would look forward to add into your trip plan. Not much else around the area.

Stopped here to park because I saw the pilot sign but will never come here again. Every spot is a reserved spot and I'm sure they don't even check. The Store overall is clean, but the only thing worth stopping for is Whataburger.Drivers keep going unless you're hungry.

Dirty bathrooms. 2nd time here on way to college station. Good location and yummy Whataburger but go to the bathroom up the road at Buckees

This was one of the places I made sure to add into my route, now there are men that run this station and they don't speak English well enough to understand, nor can you understand them.It useful to be when you filled 50 or more gallons of diesel you got a reserve parking spot.Now the majority of the trucks parked here don't pay or purchase for the spots, it has gone down hill fast.I gave 2 stars just for the what-a-burger.Will not go back!

I nice Pilot truck stop with a Whataburger inside something different than the other fast food joints, finally!!! Other than that it’s a Pilot the inside was clean and so were the restrooms the parking lot for the trucks is big enough for about 30-40 trucks. The coffee is fresh and the have fast food and soft drinks too.

I really can't heap any more disappointment on this place than others already have. I stopped here to park for the night but EVERY.SINGLE.SPOT is reserved. I was even going to bite the bullet and buy some of their high priced fuel in the morning, but not after seeing all the reserved signs. I didn't even bother going in, just went to maps and found a small Quick Trip 15mi closer to where I unload in AM.After reading some other reviews, I'm not surprised at the 100% pay-to-park scheme they have going on. It just makes you not want to do business with certain groups of people.

Employees were very unprofessional. Could not speak English very well so they couldn’t understand me and were getting upset. Tried to get a shower and they said they had showers but were magically out of service when I pulled out my pilot rewards card. I think they should teach their employees a bit of customer service.

I went there for the first time. be very careful for there are no pricing on the goods here they surprise you at the counter!!!! However I had a good experience at the whataburger inside this location except they hardly clean the seating area which wasn't real dirty but you could tell also the guy that clean the restrooms for the store is very rude he had the nerve to continuously tap and jiggle the restrooms locked door that I just entered so he could get a trash can that was in there where I was and of course I made him wait. The showers are a trip they have to follow you there with a key they have to open the door and they hardly clean them plus they only have 3 showers for customers and you have to request a rag and towel ( i bring my own) the rest of the crew that worked there seem to be ok ppl plus parking for truckers is ok cause other than that there really isnt anything else to tell

Typical Pilot mentality. Don't appreciate drivers. Even though your company buys hundreds of thousands of gallons of fuel, they still insist on charginf for parking. And, the attendants were rude and could care less. They won't even let you use your Pilot rewards card. However. The Whataburger there, and it's employees were top rate.

My husband and read the reviews from this Pilot and many of them were extremely negative but we decided to give it try and form are own opinion. And we were pleasantly surprised the store itself has plenty of snacks and drinks and the bathrooms were clean the showers were just as clean. The only negative for me was the Indian man at the counter he could not speak English very well. Parking lot is nice and fuel island is in good condition Thank you Ms. Anglea your customer service is great.

NOT SAFE FOR WOMEN!!!!Horrible experience here, but where do I start! One the man in the picture is not only rude but also a peeping Tom! He argued with me about the bathroom being cleaned when it obviously wasn’t. And he refused to get me another one or clean the bathroom that I had. Two he decided to walk in the bathroom while I was undressed! Mind you he was the only person on duty at the time and he had to physically unlock the door to let me in and also when I was in the restroom because I did lock the door behind me. He didn’t even lock and when I yelled at him he said he was “bringing me toilet paper”. I asked to speak to the manager and he said he was the manager. I will be getting in touch with corporate and also pursuing legal action because this is not ok. There should be latches on the doors. I did not feel safe and I’ve never had this happen at any other pilot before. Do not come here if you respect your privacy, or expect this to be a clean establishment because it’s not. I never leave bad reviews but this was not ok. Definitely will not be coming back

It is a nice facility, but it is a franchise store, missing the mark on a few fronts. Shower towels are thread bare. Had just finished shaving and about to step in the shower and staff was knocking on the door with the key in their hand. No privacy lock.

I rarely leave bad reviews but "DO NOT" make this your 1st, or 2nd option. Facilities were nice but out of about 40 spaces to park only 8 are free and the rest are $15... This place is in far from most areas and they know that truckers have to shut down with no other "better" truck stops nearby. Capitalism at it's finest!!! This is not your normal Pilot.

They have clean showers but a bit pricey. Whataburger inside is awesome ? nice staff clean store einsteins is awesome too. Oh and the lounge by the showers is pretty cool too. All in all a good experience and I highly recommend it
