Worst mail service in the country. For some reason cannot seem to deliver my packages to my house. POS government company.

It's frustrating that the mail carrier refuses to deliver packages to any of the residents in my houseing community. I've heard all kinds of excuses. Apparently FedEx can deliver a king-size bed to home but USPS is unable to deliver a 10x10 package because there's no place large enough for it. I've heard it because of the gate that the mail carrier goes through every day to deliver letters and small mail to the large mailbox units. None of this is valid. Due to working in Victoria 8 to 5 Mon-Fri I either have to take a half-day off work or try to make it to the post office within the small window their open on Saturday. This morning I tried to pick up my packages on the way to a doctor's appointment but had to leave without them because the post office didn't open on time. I waited more than 5 minutes but had to leave. In conclusion, I'm highly upset and have to buy another gift for my office Christmas luncheon this afternoon.

Hard to find good customer service and here is no exception. The guy running the counter wouldn't even give up a piece of tape. I realized Bidenomics isn't working too well for the country but this is taking it to a new level. It is disheartening that the post office is in this bad of shape they can't afford tape.

One of the worst, they have lost, damaged, and even stay with a lot of my packages, they have left packages that you can obviously tell they are not even from the same street at my house, and the client service they give is just horrible. If it was possible I wouldn't have any of my packages delivered through here.
