One star for these people today. My debit card was declined at a restaurant today, Black Friday, NOT Thanksgiving. I thought, 'No problem. I'll call and transfer some money from savings into my debit account.".Unfortunately, they were closed today. Today, on Black Friday, NOT Thanksgiving!???Ridiculous.

Absolutely love this bank they been so friendly with us! They are extremely fast. Very happy when they added the online banking app. Anytime I had issues with the app they help and fix the problem didn't take any longer than 5min.

I would recommend Cindy Tyer to existing & new customers. Cindy is personable, considerate & truthful. Whether your question is short, extended, or not what you wanted, her answers are charismatic in all situations. As a loan officer, you must be etiquette in all aspects...she exhibits this in-person & by phone. She makes the loan process as simple bad possible. Ask for Cindy!

I have done business with Anderson County Federal Credit Union for over 30 years, you will never find a better group of people.The staff at the Credit Union or friendly and will help you any way they can.I highly recommend everyone to use them, they are the type of people that know you by your name and not a number. So if you are looking for a great place to do your banking stop by and see them you'll be glad you did

The workers are friendly, but like previous complaints going online would be great to handle your account. Also with saving accounts I think a bank card should be offered instead you must go to the bank to handle all transactions. The open time should be changed to at least 8am since everyone has to go to the bank to handle there account or even just to check your balance. I was given a web site to use but this site does not show this credit union. It also ask for your bank ID# etc... which is not provided to you. So no way of using this site.

I have been wondering why this bank has refuses to operate online. i am now too hold to be moving from my home to the bank to make transaction. Please, i want this bank to look into including online banking to their system of operation.
