Everyone is always welcoming and the best part is that you are not a number you are like a part of the family. They know your name and remember you!! The services offered go above and beyond as well. Need a checking account, savings account, automatic transfer to help you save money, signature loan, car loan, great advice to help you build your credit… they have it all!! “I just love the Palestine branch. I moved out of town a few years ago but still return to Palestine for in house banking needs. Just recently I sent a Zelle payment and a day or so later I was no longer able to transfer from account to account or send Zelle payments. I went to another location and was not able to be helped so I had business in Palestine to handle and decided to stop in and speak to the manager who helped me call the fraud department and verify my account to get all transfer access back available.”
