“I love this bank! I have been with them for 7 yrs and counting! They have made major improvement in the years . Drastic changes to make sure everything is secure. I believe its #1 bank in Palestine. Only thing one thing.... I wish they had drive thru. The lines do get pretty long on certain days , but they are always super nice and friendly. With smiles on their faces and diligently trying to get through the line as quickly as possible. They are eager to help anyone anyway they can with warm greetings and smiles on their faces. I found out she teaches financial management classes which is going above and beyond. This bank is a well set-up, pleasant-looking inside and out and it is very easy to find on south Loop 256. Newer building, nice addition to the look of this city, handy ATM and drive-through. The staff is extremely friendly - just what you'd expect in such a friendly town.”

The only reason they are not getting 5 stars is because when we first started banking with them we were needing to work on our credit and I do think they could do more (just not sure what) to get us where we want to be credit wise, since we’ve been banking with them for 5 years.”
