“I just love the Palestine branch. I moved out of town a few years ago but still return to Palestine for in house banking needs. Just recently I sent a Zelle payment and a day or so later I was no longer able to transfer from account to account or send Zelle payments. I went to another location and was not able to be helped so I had business in Palestine to handle and decided to stop in and speak to the manager who helped me call the fraud department and verify my account to get all transfer access back available.”
