Brookshire's received a one-star rating due to a customer relations failure within the deli department. The issue originated from a lack of acknowledgment toward waiting customers, which required the store manager's intervention. The most straightforward protocol for the employee would have been to acknowledge waiting patrons and inform them that she would attend to them shortly, rather than disregard their presence. We will refer to the employee as Tracy, who, based on Brookshire's service standards, was expected to demonstrate a higher level of customer engagement. She did not!

Brookshire’s is a great grocery store with friendly staff and a welcoming atmosphere! The store is always clean, well-organized, and stocked with fresh produce, quality meats, and everything I need for weekly shopping. The employees are helpful and polite, and checkout is always quick and easy. I really appreciate the hometown feel and great customer service every time I visit. Definitely one of the best grocery stores around! 🛒🥦🍞

I've shopped at Brookshires for 50 years due to outstanding service. I have noticed lately they seem to be understaffed. So I do suggest adding a couple more people for helping carry out groceries. That's why I go to Brookshires.

They prepared meals are stale and not fit to eat. Some of Brookshire branded food items like coffee creamer contain 'bioengineering ingredients' . Really??? What is Brookshires selling to people ??? They aren't any more Texas than Wal Mart is.

I love the online shopping, It is so convenient and easy to use. The staff is personable, they text you with changes or questions. The staff is also friendly and professional. Will continue using this service and this store and highly recommend them.

The Deli is a great option... I chose the baked chicken plate...sides are delicious and large enough to fill a hungry adult ...#loyal customer

I shop at Brookshires all the time, but this particular store is not familiar to me. It is clean, well arranged, and has clear signage. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is this:
While I was using the self-checkout a couple asked for help from an employee who was passing by. Without breaking stride, he said, "You'll have to find someone else." It sounded rude to me.
