I wouldn’t bother buying a car from here, went up there to go look at the car I liked and first off I didn’t get greeted, she looked like she was being bothered that we showed up and the pictures online for the cars are a different color

Me and my wife went to look at a vehicle from here and the first lady we spoke with was welcoming and told us what we needed the next day we came to try to get it another lady took some of our paper work and came back with a high down payment percent and didn't even try to help us its like she didn't even want to help she also said the vehicle we where looking at didn't have a title then it should not be out front ridiculous don't recommend this place

Went to look at a couple vehicles and it seemed like the staff their couldnt care less about selling cars. I went in expecting to be greeted by the sales team, shown around the lot, have them answer questions but instead I had to go search for someone to talk to and then she had no enthusiasm what so ever about anything. I told her what two cars I was interested in and she sighed and gave me a price and then just went quiet so I just walked out

This is the worst place to purchase a car. I purchased a 2017 first. Drove off the lot, went straight to the car wash and the whole front bumper fell off the car. Took it back and Misty told me to bring it back on Friday. Took it back but chose a 2010 Ford Fusion with over 100,000 miles on it already and they tried to tell me that the 2017 and the 2010 was the same price at 16,000.00. I knew that was a lie and so did the insurance company in Palestine Texas. Looked up the kelly bluebook price on the ford fusuion and it was 3000.00. They told me to take the car back because they were getting over on me. Now mind you, had to have full coverage, the note was 670.00, First 3 months. (SPECIAL PAYMENTS) Then the payments drop to 570.00. After 5 months, the air went out in the car and I called them to fix it. Misty told me that they could fix the car but I would have two car notes. I told her to come get the car because I would not be paying another note. I need transportation, but I am not this desperate. These people are the worst and they prey on poor people who have no where else to turn for transportation, but they make you pay dearly for unpredictable used cars. This should be against the law. But we know, these people steal legally!
Stay away from this place.
They are all smiles, when you walk through the door. Read the paperwork before you sign anything.

We were buying a car from them the motor blew up and they fixed it it blew up again I told him to test drive it before I can pick it up summarize vehicle so we had to call the main headquarters and tell them what's going on and they did and we got another car from them we're going back there to get another car said we weren't welcome they're not friendly people we will never buy a car through that location again

Honestly one of the worst experiences ive had at a dealership. Took so long for anyone to even acknowledge us, and she seemed like we were bothering her even being there. Spent the whole time there basically talking us OUT of getting a car with them. We felt more like a burden than a customer.
Will be going to another dealership for our car needs

My credit is not good at all. But this amazing group of people were able to get me approved and into a great car. The entire process was very easy. I’m incredibly happy with the way I was helped.
