Unfortunately after reading that they fired a pharmacist over their religious beliefs yet woke acceptance I'd only flog to CVS as the last resort

Worst pharmacy. The people in the pharmacy are so rude. Prescriptions were never on time. Went to get our boosters. Lady at pharmacy let us stand there for 20 minutes before she asked if she could help. There was no one else were standing there. She then rudely informed us we needed an appointment. The pharmacist, Patty, is the only nice person in pharmacy. We have taken our prescriptions to Hometown Pharmacy. They are the nicest people and there is someone to answer your questions.

This is the worst CVS I have ever been too.... the employees are rude.....they don't know what they are doing I'm standing in line and they are giving people the wrong meds and having to redo the order (that's scary) they have no concept of time and they really don't care if you like it or not...so I waited 2hrs yesterday for a prescription when I came back into the store they had not even put it in the system so they now say give them 30 minutes did it get done no it didn't....so we called this morning they now say 2 hrs they were rude and hung up on my wife....so I'm not sure what to say about these people we have a CVS prescription card so I have no choice but to stay with CVS for now....we will be changing stores..,thanks for reading

I just go to the store part and the employees have always been nice I love the new automated kiosks because cvs usually has their cashiers stock so now you don't have to wait and you can scan yourself out and go if your in a hurry.

Worst pharmacy in town. The "we don't care attitude" everytime I went in there. Stopped going there. Go to KROGERS, so much better and staff is always available to help.

Worst pharmacy in town. Unreliable, not dependable and extremely poor and unacceptable team of incompetence. Go somewhere else. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH CVS! Wait time on phone and/or in line is ridiculous. They do not care! They will waste your valuable time. Your health matters, CVS isn't interested....AT ALL!

Horrible wait time. Both in line or on phone. Hold time on phone has exceeded an hour in some cases. No sense of urgency. Even tried to administer expired drugs. Delay in receiving monthly medication refill because they forgot to order. Always an excuse. Go to Kroger. They answer their phone, they're kind and courteous too...because they care!

They have messed up several of my prescriptions, and their wait time in line outside, inside, and on the phone is rediculously long......

I would stop using this place except my health insurance has me held hostage to this pharmacy.

The one gentleman said he would add Lane to his prayer list! Shall I say my mind was changed about CVS TODAY! Thanks Palestine CVS! You rock!

This is the worst pharmacy I have ever dealt with. First my prescription medication was on back-order for two months and I simply was not informed. Then, the alternative medication that my doctor ordered was expensive and not covered by insurance, so the pharmacy simply did not fill the prescription. I told them I would cash pay and my doctor resubmitted the prescription. Again, they did not fill it, and again they did not inform me. Again I told them I would cash pay and again my doctor submitted the prescription. Again they did not fill it without notifying me. This time they sent a note back to the doctor and said it wasn't covered under insurance and suggested she select an alternative (to the alternative?). My doctor called and informed me she had sent another alternative prescription, along with a coupon to reduce the price. I called the pharmacy to make sure the alternative to the alternative medication was indeed being filed and.... sure enough! They had returned the prescription to my doctor and said it wasn't covered under insurance, could she choose an alternative (to the alternative). In the meanwhile, I told them right from the beginning I would pay for the medication - the original medication, the alternative medication or the alternative to the alternative medication. All I wanted was my medication, but I could NOT get them to fill the prescription. The pharmacist's response to me was, "We are only trying to save you money." Well thank-you-very-much CVS in Palestine. When I need you to be the watch dog of my bank account I will let you know. In the meanwhile, I am taking my business elsewhere because I ran out of my medication - the original medication and any alternative a week ago! To the Pharmacy Manager to CVS Palestine - may I suggest you teach your staff to think outside of the box and listen to your customers. Just a suggestion from an ex-customer. I would be pleased to talk to you about this on the telephone, but after being kept on hold by your automated system for 40 minutes yesterday and 30 minutes today, I've decided to stop wasting my time. Besides that, I need to run to Walgreens and pick up a prescription. LTBA Grapeland, TX

This is the most incompetent pharmacy I have ever dealt with in my life. For the past month we have tried to get my daughters inhaler transferred to this pharmacy because ours is currently unable to get it during COVID. We have called them 3 times, and then one time I even spoke to a pharmacist in person about the issue and they assured me that it would be filled. My daughter went to go pick it up again and once again they did NOT have it. I will NEVER try to use this pharmacy ever again!!!!
