I do not have a great experience every-time I use this pharmacy. I get notified that my prescription is ready and go out of my way (25 mins) to come a pick it up. When I get there I am told it has not been started and won’t be ready for another hour. This is so frustrating so I will not being using the pharmacy anymore!!!!

Almost every time I go through the drive thru they are rude. I am so tired of it really. I refill by phone and it gives me a time the prescription will be ready, and when I show up, it's not ready, never has been ready on time. Then they get upset and say well we are busy. So is everyone. I love 30 plus minutes away! My time is important too but they do not seem to care. Also they don't seem to be able to find prescriptions that are sent in and they have over charged a few times as well. I think I will move my prescriptions to a new place, I'm over it.

Unable to reach a staff member to speak to. Leaving a message is not doable because you are never called back. This is one of the worst pharmacies you could have to deal with when needing medication. At least with other pharmacies you can at least speak to a person on the other end of the line without having to leave a message or go through 15 different steps in order to leave a message where you might get called back which is very unlikely. I would not recommend CVS to anybody

My local CVS has excellent customer service at all times! Even though self checkout is predominant every where you go, CVS representatives are available to assist.

No rating, they never answer the phone from a Dr and state the Dr never called. Would have rather let my dog die instead of giving 1 pill until the next morning when I contacted my Vet yet again, 3rd time this week, the Vet had to call to have medications renewed, yet again Employee didn't know the Head Pharmacist (Michael) last name, who doesn't know their bosses last name? Never go there for meds for a person or a dog

I was very happy today at CVS the cvs member was very helpful not only to me but the customer in front of me I could see how she was doing her job very happy and helpful she even apologized to me for talking a minute with the other customer, I told her she didn’t have to apologize she was just helping her customers!

I went in to do a quick pick up for my grandmother. I used the self checkout and the B1G1 of $.99 discount wasn’t applying. Adam, one of the employees, quickly resolved my issue and even went to get the correct medication I needed! Thanks Adam! All the employees are very helpful and friendly. You can definitely tell they are there to make CVS a great store to visit!

I would give you negative one star if I could because this CVS is an absolute joke. Corporate needs to do something about the pharmacy because I have never in my entire life had to wait 25+ minutes at the window for ONE medication because your employee can’t figure out how to do their job. Also can not tell you how many times I have had to repeatedly call because my meds weren’t even worked on and it had been like 3-4 days. And good luck getting a hold of anyone over the phone, I’ve seen them ignore it even when they aren’t busy. If anybody needs a better pharmacist I’ve head of Old Town Pharmacy being pretty good and it’s locally owned.
