I have been dealing with Discount Tire for years in Houston and all over South Texas and I went to Palestine and bought tires in June and had a front end alignment before I bought them and I took it in. I paid extra to get the rotation and I took it in one time and got a rotated and it was time for a second rotation, and I was told that my tires were too bad that there was my front end must be out of alignment and now they do alignment so they could do an inspection. You could tell that the tires had been rotated front to back and my specific vehicle is not to be rotated. That way it is front to the opposite side back because the front and back tire were worn in the same way and there was a adjustment that needed to be made on the tie rod but my $800 tires lasted for 8000 miles. I am so disgusted.

Stopped in to get air in tires. They have a special place for people like me that just need air. I never left my car. The air machine had a gage that was automatically fill to right tire pressure.

The professionalism and service was fantastic. I feel like a valued customer when I go to the store. Fantastic people and I commend the store management for their service. It was an awesome experience and I was in and out of the store in 30 minutes. I would highly recommend Discount Tire in Palestine, Tx.

I have been sitting here watching through the fishbowl window while they guys and gals here have been working nonstop. Today I brought in two vehicles for all around tire changes and the service has been outstanding.
While everyone was out there making it happen, there was one employee who was exceptionally above the rest. Kim ran circles around everyone else. She is four foot nothing and weighs a 100lbs if she’s holding a wheel in hand. She was slinging tires with the rest and moved at twice speed the time. She literally never stopped or slowed down as I witnessed her working several cars while my trucks were in there. Congrats Discount Tire on a great team.
If I was still in the aircraft maintenance biz, I promise you I’d stole Kim away and she’d been my hangar lead on day two.

We arrived for our 11am appointment at 1045 and were out with new tires installed at 1145. This was a Friday. The store was packed. We were so impressed that our appointment was honored and we were in and out so fast. Everyone there was knowledgeable and very pleasant even though we knew how stressful the day was! Way to go! We have had both our vehicles tires replaced here. Great store! Buy your tires and make an appointment online! So much easier!!
