“At first, I called my home warranty company and they sent out a Sears technician he ordered parts. Parts came in next few days. Technician came a week later said that the first technician ordered all the wrong parts. This new tech ordered the correct part part came in the next day. The technician was supposed to come out a week from Friday on the way to my house. They said they had an unfortunate emergency and had to cancel my appointment so the next appointment I could get was on Monday the following Monday on the way here to my house again they had an unfortunate emergency. This went on for another four weeks so I called my home warranty company and they said they’ve been having problem with the service tech in that area I said why can’t we get a service tech from another location? She said she’ll track it and get back with me so that was another week And finally March 21. The tech came out installed the last part that was ordered and the dryer is working fine, but in the meantime, my wife had to go back-and-forth for six weeks to town to dry clothes. I was not reimbursed fuel,& maintenance on our car, and for all the quarters that my wife had to sit and put in the machines up in town and to sit in laundromat and then She said she was getting tired of that
as well one or two things I can do is I can tell them to get me a new dryer which they refused. I said we’re gonna see if we could fix this one first which is 10 years old so they finally got it fixed May 21 25 so why did it keep having an emergency due to the fact that the service tech in this area where I live They shut the shops all down so the tech had to come out of Fort Worth Texas which is 160 miles away”
