Customer Service is always good. Last week I had a big banking issue that was going to be a huge inconvenience. 😠Thankfully Jayda went above and beyond, made some phone calls to turn things around and made me a very happy customer 😊. I appreciate Jayda looking further into the issue, thereby showing she cares about the customers and want the best for them.

This is no demerit on the young ladies working at this location what’s so ever! It is definitely a demerit in First convenience bank as an entity! It’s 2023! There is no way deposits like cashapp should still take up to 12 hours to show in the account! This is absolutely absurd.

It's an alright bank if u can manage to do it all online. If u can't and have to come face to face with th3 employees of the bank you'll find that they refuse to answer calls and get agitated when questioned on how the phone system worked. I will not be coming back to this location as the workers are plain lazy and the lack of ethic showed tremendously.

I do not recommend this bank at all I opened up a new bank account and they took my money from the new one and put it into the old account without explaining .

Will absolutely be switching banks. Customer service line doesn't work after hours. Declining transactions and still taking the money out. Transfer from "stash" is not instant. Just lost 400$ to the internet ether and can't get a person to talk to. "Your estimated hold time is... greater than ten mins..." all night. So frustrated I can't see straight.

This is a bank that will hammer you if you don't manage money well. That being said, it offers some great benefits. Great hours, convenient location, no check fee with any direct deposit, no minimum balance.

Never have I ever seen a line for A BANK as long as it is. There’s hardly anyone here to service the customers. Will be switching banks.

I have a love hate relationship with this place and by that I mean I hate the company but love this location and may even continue to stay a customer all because of Taylor A. at the Palestine location. She was my saving grace when EVERY other person in the company wouldn’t help. I highly recommend reaching out to her for help cause she is amazing and I’ll never forget her going above and beyond for me thru the phone!
