What an amazing place! I called the store after encountering a problem while shopping online. Thank you to the Palestine, Texas store manager, William, for being so helpful in addressing all my needs. He stayed on the phone and walked me through each step online and he helped me find the perfect shoe that could be picked up at store quickly. The email and text notifications were great in keeping up with my order. I will definitely be shopping here again. Thank you so much!

The phones don’t work at the store drove from Jacksonville there they didn’t have the shoes I was looking far the selection is subpar so I ordered my shoes hope I can get a call from that store when my shoes make it in

There was absolutely no selection for women. I was disappointed because i shop at hibbetts all around the DFW area. Waste if time stopping by there.
