“What a beautiful ranch! A perfect place for our family reunion. Plenty of space and they were so accommodating. It’s a little dated and needs some updating but it was a lovely experience.”

“My biggest fears at a discount motel are bed bugs, roaches, unclean linen and restrooms, drug user dirty needles, pimps/prostitutes and drug dealers on the property, cigarette and marijuana smoke odor, dog urine odor, and unsecure rooms. So far have not encounterred. I like the fact their cable TV has Fox News and EWTN. Receptionist are great. Price is great. So far so good.”
“Not the greatest location but this is the best budget motel. Reasonably priced. The free breakfast is better than you think. Amenities offered here are way more than you'd get at a regular motel. The guests are a bit rowdy but the staff is pretty nice and on top of things here. There's a laundry room, a fitness room, and a computer in the lobby to use. Also vending, ice, and ATM machines. Bathrooms in the lobby as well. Rooms are decent-sized. Could use another chair but there's a fridge and microwave in every room. I think only dogs are allowed (max 2) and they charge $20/night. But that's fair considering everything else about this motel is beyond others for a budget-friendly price.”

“The lady at the front desk was very nice and accommodating! On a business trip, so I didn't pay. For a place to sleep been working, it does the job. It's non-smoking (but the room smells like smoke). It's dated and could be a little cleaner (the ice bucket was disgusting) and I would wear shower shoes. Breakfast is full service which is nice. You get what you pay for, this is not a 5 star hotel, but it's not expensive. I've definitely stayed in worse.”
