The young strawberry-blonde haired woman who had been working the register during all 3 of my visits is one of the sweetest, most personable employees imaginable. I never thought I would see the day where I actually looked forward to buying some ice. I hope she gets a very well-deserved raise soon. Thank you for helping to make my visit to Palestine all the more enjoyable!

If I could rate this place less than a 1 Star, I certainly would! Do Not Get Gas here! Sat in my car and watched the pump numbers while getting gas and was shocked when it went over the gallons that I needed. When I got out I found fuel running down the side of my car because apparently the pump has no auto shutoff. When I went inside to explain what happened to the clerk, they and the customer who stopped telling her story to listen, simply stared at me blankly and said “we texted our boss†and gave no care. They had no consent over the damage to my car that it created or the potential fire waiting to happen. Thee d*** girls inside working, but at least they had such cute makeup. Apparently all that this company cares about in a clerk

Girl who works morning Mexican, is very rude and disrespectful. No thank you or have a nice day. Just out right rude . But all there employees are. Shop Kim's.
