Legitimately the most disgusting bathroom I’ve ever experienced at a gas station. Brown poop water clogging the toilet. No soap OR paper towels to wash hands. Should be a crime.

I come through Palestine alot. I stop at Kim's on Hwy 79 when coming through. I went in to order from the deli and I got the most exceptional customer service by a lady named Alicia Watts I could tell she was new because I've never seen her there before . I can tell you she went above and beyond to give great service and that is much appreciated for me . I do alot of traveling and have to interact with customers myself, it's always nice to see a smiling face and someone who is genuine and knows how to treat people right . Alicia Watts I want to thank you for outstanding service. See you soon again.

Can we get the coolers stocked. There were so many empty holes today I couldn't even find a pepsi or where it even went. Ask the young kid working if they were out of it or just need to stock and they replied that they were out. Someone not doing their ordering very well.....

Update: unfortunately today I saw flies in the food… the lady paid less attention to service, parking was horrible, and the place looked run down and horrible atmosphere… I prefer constancy and progress… 4 stars went down to 2. Sad ?Today I was looking for a good coffee ☕️. Found it! I come to Palestine to work about once a week and couldn’t find anything that opens at 8am, what a bummer! So I was exploring today and found this place. From what I read in the other reviews, seems like new management is changing things up. GR8T job ladies! I also got me a bacon? egg ?and cheese ? breakfast biscuit… McDonalds has nothing on them. I usually don’t give five stars on my first review… For that you have to be consistently good… So keep it up ?? I’ll be visiting next week… ? ?

I went to Kim's Boxcar Deli this morning. (I will not go back) I ordered 2 orders of Biscuits and Gravy with sausage. I asked that the gravy be on the side please since I was taking it to someone else. She agreed. She was very polite and friendly. However when she rang up my order,( It costs $18.99 by the way.) I was charged individually for the gravy and sausage, then charged for the biscuits and gravy. So I'm curious is this how they normally conduct business? If so, shame on you.

The bathroom is absolutely disgusting! There was an employee using the restroom the same time and me and she failed to wash her hands before leaving the bathroom. If I could give zero stars, I would.
